Set in the quiet residential neighbourhood of Mindarie, this picturesque house is only a minutes walk from a beautiful park and playground, 10 minutes stroll from the lively bars and restaurants found along the boardwalk at Mindaire Marina, and a quick 2 minute drive from door to shore.

A bright and airy entrance hall takes you through to a very relaxing and spacious master bedroom. Located at the front of the house, it has views out over the front garden. Offering a walk in wardrobe, retreat area and a the ultimate in luxury and relaxation- a full-body massage chair.

The 4th bedroom/playroom can also be accessed off the front hall, through a set of French double doors. Equipped with a very comfy double sofa bed, a TV/ DVD/VHS and a huge selection of toys, this can be used as either a great room for sleeping, or the perfect place to keep the kids entertained – and out of your hair for an hour or two.

Next to this is a separate study area, with a desk and wireless Internet set up and ready for any emails or on-line surfing that you might need to do.

Bedrooms 2 and 3 can be found off a further hallway towards the back of the house. Both rooms, which have lovely views over the pool and back garden, come with single beds and plenty of toys suitable for both girls and boys.

The bathrooms, comprising of an en-suite shower room off the master bedroom, a family bathroom with shower and bath, and a separate toilet, are all modern, clean and recently renovated. A hot water shower is also located outside  – perfect for hosing down after a dip in the pool.

A bright and modern utility room (with a washing machine, tumble dryer and hand basin) takes you through sliding doors and out onto a decked area that leads around to the pool and the back garden.

The kitchen comes fully equipped, offering everything from crockery, cutlery and glassware for the house, garden and beach, to a full range of cooking utensils and kitchen appliances. So whether you want somewhere to cook up a storm, or just need a kettle and a toaster to grab some breakfast before a day at the beach, you will find everything here that you could possibly need.

With several spacious living areas and a separate dining area, this house will certainly provide plenty of space for the whole family to spread out and do their own thing- whether that might be relaxing in the sun, watching a DVD or having a quick game of golf on the Wii.

Sliding doors from the living area take you out to the backgarden, and the sparkling blue, very inviting pool. With a beautiful waterfall feature and a stunning backdrop of colourful flowers and native plants,  this pool will definitely make you feel like you are already ‘living the dream’.

Next to the decked pool area is a lovely private garden, filled with an abundance of flowers and lots of toys for the kids to play with, on and in. With plenty of space for a spot of al fresco dining and a comfortable chaise lounge just made for afternoon naps or somewhere to stretch out and watch the kids in the pool,  there really isn’t anything more that you could want for.
